These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TORI (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Wilderness Research and Consultancy ("WRC", "we", "us"), Romania.

2. The Service

TORI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support data collection workflows and reporting. The Service may be updated, improved, or changed over time.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Credits, plans, and billing

Depending on your plan, access to certain features may require credits or a subscription. Pricing, plan features, and billing terms are shown in the application and may change over time.

  • Credits: Credits are added after payment confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and/or in your dashboard.
  • Invoices: We may issue invoices electronically to your billing email address and also make them available in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access or tamper with non-public areas of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Interfere with the Service, overload it, or bypass usage limits or security measures.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including trademarks, branding, and software. You retain rights to your own data.

7. Your data

You are responsible for the data you upload or generate in the Service. We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
