FAQ

Quick answers about subscriptions, credits, billing, and access.

How do subscriptions work?

TORI subscriptions are activated using credits. You purchase credits first, then activate a subscription whenever you are ready. Each subscription lasts 13 months from activation.

How much does one credit cost?

One credit costs €20. Credits never expire and remain available in your organization account until used.

How many credits are required for each plan?
  • Suzume — 50 credits (€1000)
  • Enaga — 80 credits (€1600)
  • Toki — 100 credits (€2000)
Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference in credits. Your 13-month period does not restart when upgrading.

What roles are included in the Suzume plan?

Suzume includes one administrator with banding rights and up to five observers. Observers can collect data, but only the administrator can perform banding actions.

Can I add more observers or promote an observer to admin?

Yes. Credits can be used to add additional observers or to promote an observer to administrator. These credit-based actions are available across all plans.

What additional features do higher plans include?

Enaga adds species map generation and cumulative band reporting. Toki adds ready-to-submit project reports.

How do invoices work?

Add your billing details in your account settings. Receipts and invoices are available after successful payments.
